What's the difference between you and me as artists?

. . . I don't think this difference exists. We have a shared love for this being a thing, and we get so excited that we can do it. It can be fulfilling as true love; it is true and it is love. Sure, it's two different perspectives, stories, visions, memories. Maybe, just maybe we are two different versions of something, but it's hard to say that we take this differently.

If I were "bigger" than you (ou vice-versa) in terms of popularity, what really would stop you for getting in touch with me, or me getting in touch with you? And why I don't see that happening anywhere? Am I crazy or do I just see small artists stay with small artists and big artists stay with big artists? Why does "small" or "big" even quantify here? What's really the difference between someone "small" vs. "big" when both just gets art?

We should hang out, have conversations, not really about your art or mine but about something interesting we'd be interested in taking; acknowledging that we're both humans after all. There's really no reason for this to be not possible, and I sincerly feel sorry for the artists that understand this as a meritocracy and are weighting options.
