Do you really care? bAD AT ADVICeS!!

Most people appear to be a mess. Traumas, problems, phobias, pendencies and family issues or partner issues. I never do direct advice because I feel entitled to, but because I feel like I can offer some other perspective. Everyone knows or are well equipped to know, so I don't give advice to people who don't want to, or well-adjusted who can walk on their own path to knowing. I rarely consider age in advice, because good ways of going about life are surprisingly timeless and young people will come to the same conclusion by themselves.

Internet culture makes a bit hard to discern when people genuinely care about what they claim to care. I get all the signs that this person cares, but I squint my eyes to see if I catch some undertone in their mannerisms. Let's use the point of interest of the previous post I did about the movie Speed Racer. There's people who genuinely cares about this movie, but the recent spread in YouTube (and the reason it found me) created a new wave of people admiring it for it being a "underrated gem", in a superficial manner, incomparable to the way the first wave of fans saw.

Again, I feel a bit judgy when saying this, but those are two different ways of admiring the same piece. All witnesses of Renaissance are dead and we cannot know why people enjoyed those pieces besides writings and essayists of the time. But I'm sure that it's a different experience to admire today, specially in focused [historic] subjects, as it doesn't speak to any of the living people's lived experience. In the same way, it's different to get into a piece because of its accomplishments in the medium as a whole, rather than its own material and vision being accomplished within the medium.
